shopee express sorsogon hub is'nt that good, they received the parcel for days and even past a week but they failed to deliver the item, j&t is way much better than shopee express, j&t always deliver items/parcels on time unlike shopee expres sorsogon hub, i must say the word "express" is not comensurate to their service sad to say

It's sad that they made me take an order and I lost sales because of this, it takes a long time to deliver even though it's already in the hub. Sloppy shoppee in creating their own courrier.. D can stand for the service that j&t can provide.

Nyemas courier services to 😡😡😡😡 Very useless!!! How many days has my parcel been hanging in your hub! I waited a few days and canceled my trips because the parcel was waiting. Then you attempted to deliver my parcels when no one was home. If only I could make you blotter, I don't know! You are perverted!!!!!! That's why we order earlier to arrive early, then you will delay our parcels More than 7 parcels are hanging around!

Same experience. I don't know if the Sorsogon Hub is literally tracking or not. Because by the time the shoppee changed the Courier service, they were applauded. It would have been okay for the former courier provider J&T to deliver even on Sundays or holidays. So I advise you guys if you urgently need the parcel, don't order from the shoppee.
