There are many reasons that the car's brakes might break. They can't fit their car to enter together, but there are cars that live together. Every time I get a package delivered by Shopee Xpress, they always mark it as out for delivery tapos they will tag it as Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Buyer is Unreachable despite not receiving a delivery alert or any warning of an attempt. I think it is their modus to meet turnaround time to say that packages are delivered the moment it reaches their hub and even if there was no attempt to deliver, they put the blame on the consumers. If it happens again, I will reach out to consumer protection.

They dont deliver my parcel.. they automatically cancel our parcels even though they have not attempted to deliver it . They doesn't contact us customers.. were just gonna get surprised that our parcel is already going back to seller without us knowing.. delivery riders of SHOPPEE EXPRESS should lose their job.. they should not be allowed to cancel our parcel just because they're lazy . Every cancelled parcel should be charged. My parcel was cancelled 2 times .. how disappointing..

Tags your parcel as delivery attempt unsuccessful even if you don't text/chat especially when your parcel is big. You will have to wait a long time for delivery and then just return to the seller. Hopefully there is an option again to choose a carrier to the shopeee.

Don't use Shopee Express. Then you will be waiting weeks. Use J&T or even XDE. That would save you weeks of Waiting. After ordering you can Change Delivery Company on Shopee. I highly Recommend you choose any Company above Shopee Express.
