What's wrong??? you guys are not in J&T, it's been 1 week and it's been hard to contact you, the load is low, so I called the phone in Manila to get info on how to get the parcel from you. My parcel has been stagnant for a few days at your hub, and you won't pick it up. If you're in business, we'll be fine, fix it, move it, move it, the shipping fee isn't free either. Silly.

You take too long to deliver...peak season or not, the time is ruining the business. Hurry up. It doesn't matter if you just ordered e.shopee because you made standard delivery, you didn't even give an option as to who will deliver, after all, it's also my charge.
