NOT GOOD VERY VERY BAD!! Their service is very disappointing, they sell it at the hub for a few weeks and they don't care. They don't know if the parcel has exceeded the delivery guarantee. They will decide when they want to deliver the parcel and they are still angry. The contents of your order and then they bought it that same month, right? If you can't arrange your parcels, why not do the work because we, the buyers, are the ones stressing you out. You are the ones who are angry.

If there's zero stars for rating, I'd use it. Was just notified right now that they lost 3 of my packages that I ordered weeks ago. I was refunded by Shopee but this is unacceptable. They should not operate anymore and seeing the other sentiments from other users, we all have terrible experiences with this courier. Now I'm a bit worried since I have other orders from them recently. Very frustrating. Cannot even locate where their warehouse is. I ordered a monitor and a gadget with them as the courier. I highly doubt I'll receive it. Screw this courier. Bunch of incompetent people are running this.

Their rider is very rude, they only misscall once and then when you don't pick up, they immediately RRTS your order. It's just going to ring and then it won't let you know that it's RTS. It didn't happen to me once, nkt twice but he was really rude, so I didn't have anything and then I said that I will just cash the payment and you will ask for a damage fee of 25 pesos. It's okay but it's in gcash to bank so it's realtime after I paid the transaction fee. As in, the one who delivered had no patience. I wish I could name drop here. Trying to contact your landline but also no marea h. I hope someone reaches out so I can detail what happened because it's upsetting, I wish I could choose a different courier to deliver my parcel, there is no such option!

Terrible service. I won't even give it 1 star. I think this logistics company/courier should just shut down. They don't update their parcels and they have never delivered on time. If I were to choose, I would prefer to use JnT but because this is a logistics company by shopee itself, they automatically arrange Shopee Xpress for their sellers. Sadly for us buyers, we can't choose. I ordered the items 3-4 weeks before my daughter's classes start to make sure that I can prepare her stuff on time in case of delays. I have 1 week left and they still haven't delivered the items which means this is how delayed Shopee Xpress is at delivering items. I don't remember how many times I followed it up from shopee customer service already but there isn't any action. It's either their delivery people are lazy or that they just really don't care about both the sellers and buyers. Shopee will start having a bad reputation because of this logistics company. Aside from that, if they can't deliver the items on time, they just tell the customers that they have lost the parcel so you should request a refund or just cancel the items. This is their protocol. It happened to my husband and it happened to me as well. Imagine losing 7 parcels for 1 person and different sellers. Isn't it amazing? Then all of a sudden, they deliver it on the next day or 2. You don't even have an option to cancel the items through shopee so you can reorder. And even if you reorder, there is no guarantee that the courier would change. It's a waste of time. It's frustrating and annoying. If shopee continues to use shopee xpress as their main logistics company, I might as well uninstall the app because this courier service sucks to the bones. This courier will be the death of shopee, trust me. I am a very disappointed consumer. I hate this logistics company so much.
