It should have no star at all. Took too long to deliver. Until now, my parcels are still stuck in this hub for weeks. Very disappointed with this courier. If only choosing of courier is available I would never settle for this. Will surely shop at Lazada from now on. I had enough of your bad services.

Infamous for being slow, and unreachable via email or telephone since they never answer. Just stick to using Lazada.
