Some rider and staff are disrespectful.They don't seem professional and devoted to their work and most specially they don't fix or answer your concerns. They deliver when they want and not with your convenience. Not all but most of them looks unprofessional and disoriented! Atleast they should learn how to be nicer to their customers! Items were safe naman just their behaviour that will make you not want them to be your courier. This is a honest speaking based on my experience in Flash Express Bayugan
