Other's reviews are very accurate. They really deserve the 1 star rating, not sure about other shopee express branches in the philippines but this one really has to close down. Tracking says parcel is out for delivery but they actually deliver 3 to 5 days after plus 1 week of waiting for parcel being enroute takes 10 days total for you to receive your parcel. Sad.

Poor service you deserve this rating Shopee express delivery my parcel it said parcel out for delivery but it took so long to deliver you need to wait 3 to 4 days b4 they deliver my parcel worst shopee express delivery better you close your company your delivery always delayed my parcels so if choose other delivery better you change the delivery . Choose J&T or Flash Express. Not this shopee express so very worst delivery.

Very poor services. My order update on my shopee app is that they already received my order last 11/6/2022 here in San Nicolas hub and this afternoon, 11/8/2022, I went to their hub and they told me to wait and after 30mins still no update and I ask again what's the update on my parcel and they just told me that they just unloaded the parcels off the truck and they will just make may parcel a priority. They should have told me in the first place that they cannot give me my parcel, so I will not have to wait there just to get nothing. Never use shopee xpress as your courier. VERY POOR SERVICES.

Trash Service, our package at this hub stuck for more than 4 days and counting. It takes ages before package to be delivered. We really need our package this week and we have no update received yet.
