My parcel was already on Madaluyong warehouse last 11/12/2022 but until now, I still haven’t receive it. As per the tracker, they tried to deliver it on my address but I can assure you no delivery made as I don’t leave our house. it's really only here in the warehouse that the shipment of items takes a long time, they also lie sometimes.

1. Order was estimated to arrive on Nov. 18 but the status was still at this Hub. 2. I followed up multiple times after Nov. 18, and turns out that parcel was going to be tagged as LOST(yesterday 11/25 at 1:20am). 3. Received an email that will be tagged as lost BUT the status updated to Out for Delivery(at 11/25 - 9:10am) 4. But in reality the parcel was really tagged as LOST and the out for delivery status was a mistake by the courier and/or customer service agents. The handling of my parcel by Shopee and Shopee Xpress was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!. I extended my patience just for the package to arrive even if it's very late(more than a week), but to end up completely as LOST. That is RIDICULOUS! Lesson learned. Once your order is under the To Ship tab, PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't go with Shopee Xpress as the default courier then change to another better courier.

Your tracking status is not updating. My ordered item is supposed to be deliver today but no update at all. Where is my ordered item? Last update of the tracking status was oct 5th, it is already oct 8 but no update at all.😡😡😡

When my delivery left China it was delivering very fast and I even thought that I would receive my package few days early by how fast it was going to warehouse to warehouse but when it stop at this hub it becomes really slow and I even have click the extended button so that my package won't get canceled

They couldn't deliver the parcel on time there's always a delay then after few days you'll receive an update that the parcel is lost! J&T and xde logistics are way better than shopee express if i could give them 0 star i would sorry but that's the truth you can't provide us a good service
