Once my parcel was marked delivered even though it was not. Then another parcel was not delivered due to emergency and as a customer... I tried contacting them but to no avail. J&T sends texts with the riders name and number so you can contact them...this one? Needs a lot of improvement... Surely... They took my parcel which was paid already.

Your other rider needs to be disciplined, not even a single noticed on why they havent deliverd our parcel, and still they are the ones who acted tough when told that we will be reporting them to your office. And their response through our messages are so rude. We dont want to tolerate those riders.

It's so hard to contact them and their delivery rider doesn't reply and don't deliver it within the day even tho it is out for delivery

No problem about this courier, as long as your items will arrive in their warehouse, they'll immediately inform the receiver that they have something to deliver on that day
