So, they really deserve all reviews I read. Got the same experience as they did. My non COD (already paid prior delivery) parcel has arrived their hub just early the next day I placed my order. My delivery address is just about 10 kilometers drive from their hub but until kow, 3 days has passed and my parcel is not yet delivered. Not heard anything from them for the delivery status of my item. Just heard from the rider of other delivery service that the riders from FE were refusing to report for work as the management failed to pay their salaries. How disgusting!

Horrible. It's been a while since the hub said it was broken 3 times. The rider is arrogant. January 3 pa NASA hub which is few minutes away from us. To think that the delivery fee is expensive..Very disappointing!!!!
