Courier or delivery personnel tagged my parcel with "Delivery attempt unsuccessful: Buyer requested to Reschedule or Not on Location" where in fact, my dad was already awake 4AM, my mom 6AM & I work at home which starts at 6AM. I didn't receive any texts or calls from any delivery personnel. If this could be libelous, I would want to correct this wrong doing with legal action just to straighten your process. I always monitor the shipping & delivery. I made sure all details are specified & my number is always ready for calls. I received my parcel which was address in Tacloban (our other house) with no hassle - I got a text, the delivery personnel called & there were no wrong tagging or disposition. Why can't Palo branch do the same? Please use the right disposition or tag and never put the blame to your clients if we haven't done anything wrong.
