All the staffs and especially those handling calls are disrespectful. Me and my husband were able to talk to the “manager” or handler daw nila sa phone kasi their policy is so ridiculous. Sa app you can ask for reschedule. Valid naman ang reason mo e pero iipitin ka nila. Ssasabihin na bagsak na dw riders nila maawa daw kami sa riders sana. Wow aping api. I would want to speak to the supervisor or regional manager whatsoever bec i want to talk about that policy. Not to mention their supervisor is right down CONDESCENDING and RUDE. Very poor customer service!
