Ninja van was very good in their previous deliveries of my packages but these days, I wonder why they are not maintaining their good service. For example A message told me my parcel would be deliver this day, and notify me to prepare this amount, but no rider ever appeared and later a record says delivery has failed, and I filled up a form for redelivery but no delivery happened. Ninja has cancelled the delivery because of some unknown reason.

Its more than 2 weeks already and my orders are still at there warehouse. Its very difficult to contact them i am planning to pick up the item myself. So disappoibting and frustrating! I DO NOT recommend this courier...

unsuccessful delivery attempt? I waited all day for that package and no one even came to my house. My last order was delivered successfully in this address. How come ninja van have the guts to put unsuccessful delivery attempt when I didn't even left the house and no one even came?

Ninja van delivers my packages after 15 to 25 days. Unlike J&T who delivers it within a week after the seller have shipped it out. Sometimes I have to contact shopee to ask them where my package is and they deliver it immediately the next day. Do not use this courier if you have other options. J&T is better, they deliver your packages within a week sometimes, in just 3 days.

Very unproffesional. I was waiting for my parcel to arrive since morning because I received a message that my delivery is on the way and also in the tracking status says its already delivered. but the rider said he can't deliver because it's late already. So I wait for the next morning for them to deliver but the rider was keep on rejecting my call and not responding to my messages. So irresponsible.
