Hi,anyone here can give me the correct and real contact nos of this lbc santiago branch pls,coz their number here is useless,waste time and money, my box delivery still stocked in this branch though I tracked it and was smoothly shipped from singapore to this branch , but they hoard my box till now and can't be contacted,tried sending email too but I think t'was all useless,since Dec 15 they said they tried to contact my receiver phone but can't be contacted w/c is unreasonable coz my receiver has complete address and they said they are always online and I had written 2reciever phone number,lbc santiago branch pls check ur delivery service and costumer service line,I'm regular costumer here and previously everything was good,but now I'm getting upset already, thanks!!!

My box arrived at the Santiago branch on Dec 13, but what date is it now? They don't want to deliver because they say there aren't many deliveries in Diadi. I am a customer and pay correctly. It can be seen from the tracking that it has been 1 week in Santiago why it does not want to be delivered. And the contact numbers, just ring and ring no one answers. I have been calling several times a day. You have a bad heart. Fix your work.

Im really into good services. But this, it took me almost three weeks to receive my parcel and now its having problem because the staff wrote the receiver's name wrong! Im sure I gave the exact and right spelling and even asked how it was pronounce and still, wrong! I went to the LBC branch in santiago, savemore 4 lanes, last wednesday. So far their service is good, attends to costumers whenever a teller is available. It did not take me 20 minutes to get my money. They are also courteous.
