These are the worst delivery company I've ever seen. Lazy and nonchalant. My parcel arrived Thursday and it took them a week to deliver, I ordered something similar but a day after I ordered the previous parcel. The latter arrived in 5 days from shopee express but the first one is taking 2 weeks cos it j&t express, of course. Very lazy bunch. My brother's parcel arrived and he kept being contacted each day "a courier will deliver your parcel today" at the end of the day, there'll be no call or text but it'll be updated "delivery attempt failed". Get your sht straight

J&T is a pretty reliable courier service, but the staff at this branch are knowingly and unabashedly unprofessional & inefficient. They keep the phone off the receiver to avoid receiving calls, do not post signs regarding cut-off times, and seem to spend more time chatting with each other rather than working as quickly as possible to reduce the long queues. It is only by virtue of the fact that this is the most conveniently-situated courier in the area that we are constrained to patronize this branch. Hopefully the management can do something about this.

Just got my order and I am happy with the service!! The assigned driver called me in the morning prior to delivery and asked if I am currently in the address provided, and informed him that I will be there (since I provided my work address) in the afternoon. He was polite and called again in the afternoon prior to delivery. Thank you very much!!!

Poor customer service. They closes at 5PM but cut off is 2 hours early. Even if you are at the branch already they will just advise you to come back the next day even if the employees are doing nothing. Apart from that, they closes at noon for noon break. Like seriously? All of the employees takes lunch break at the same time?

Fast service and easily accessible. Always prepare your barcode from your J&T app bcoz that is how transaction is done now particularly if you are into shipping. The transaction is relatively fast unless the ones ahead of you have multiple packages. Overall a great branch of J&T.

The contact number of this branch can be found on the J&T FB Page if you just look, so there IS a contact number. Customer service is always helpful and patient with me whenever I cal. It's very easy to schedule a pick-up and the driver always calls me when he's near, when he's dropped off the receipts, and texts me the tracking numbers for my buyers. Please understand that they have limited staff because of the pandemic and be patient with drivers and staff :(

Already 2pm so I called the rider but he negotiates if I can pick-up the item in his location. I thought I paid for the delivery? Why he can't reply to my text message?
