Their tracking system states that the delivery attempt failed since my mobile number is unreachable. I find that hard to believe since the seller (Shopee), who's in Manila, was able to contact me via text informing that my order would arrive soon. I don't understand why you cannot contact me when the seller was able to do so. There's clearly something wrong at your end.

You better fire those inept delivery people or if you cant do it, close your business! People using lazada, shopee etc shoul STAY AWAY FROM J&T. They are a waste of your time. A waste on your money. I just don’t understand why is it being returned to seller. I’ve been texting and contacting the rider for my order cause I received a message that my parcel will be delivered but I got no response from the rider. I received another message from another number. The rider said that he’s not the person who will deliver my order but he will inform the accountable person for my delivery. He said, it will be delivered today. I also had a follow up texts, but as per checking my shopee account I just found out that it was being returned to the seller. I need an explaination on this cause I’ve been waiting for the product and it’s badly needed. This is actually the 2nd time. So disappointing.
