Based on my personal experience, J&T Santiago City local delivery service is not good. The courier called to inform me in the morning that my parcel had arrived at their office & is about to be delivered. So I excitedly waited but to my dismay 4 hours passed and still no delivery made. They only delivered when I got really mad and threatened to report them & file formal complaints knowing that the distance between our house from their office is just less than 10 minutes tricycle ride. It could probably that their riders are doing their actual delivery jobs starting at 3-5 pm completing their whole day’s work. Such a bad mentally & work ethics on the part of their employees. I believe that the company/management should address this concern. So I would just give them a very low rating for poor performance in their respective services.

In terms of Notifying and delivery, its excellent! JnT had been my fave delivery partner since items usually arrived at the exact or earlier date which is very nice for me. But the employees, specially on the office or should I say the GIRLS in the branch it self is very poor. They don't have professionalism. I have observed it many times that even if they had customers they keep on yelling with each other like kids. And also, they tend to keep talking with their colleague instead of looking for the parcel because customers are waiting and not all have a leisure of time to wait until they finished what they are talking.It is ridiculous!

JnT had been my favorite delivery partner since items usually arrived at the exact or earlier date. Company is good their system is good but some of their employees will be the reason of their downfall.

They are straight to answer when asked they explain things and attitude can be seen over the counter which is great they are treating costumers not by appearance or smell or anything they say the answers to all you question with no drama
