Very Poor service, they texted that my area was Out of Delivery Zone but J&T, Shopee Express & Flash Express were able to deliver here. It's not like that after the typhoon in negros, even though there are still many impassable roads, but the rider still tries to deliver in my area. What happened to the good service before it became lazy and uncaring both rider & stuff now, I would like to go to your local branch here in Bacolod but you have no contact & clear address.

After parcel all the way from Manila to Dumaguete, rider texted to say my house is "so far" even though every other logistics delivers here. Then they just returned package to sender. It was important school supplies. Couldn't they at least hold a few days for me to pick up?

By the way, it's my second time to experience this gogo express, the first time I met up with the rider in Dumaguete because the rider in Valencia didn't seem to have a toll! Not recommend. Wasted my money on a damaged item that was supposed to be returned because of their incompetent service. They promised that they will pick up the parcel again but days have passed, they never did and now I'm stuck with a damaged item that is no longer returnable to a shopee seller because the return window has closed.

Poor service. No effort to wait even 5 minutes for someone to get to the gate. Don't know how to follow instructions even after repeated ones. Once is understandable but we have experienced this at least half a dozen times.

Like all the reviews here. I had bad experience and my husband with this courier. Ninja van, Jnt or lbc will call me before delivery and make effort to find me but this staff of yours very lazy. They just pud unreachable eventhough no call or txt received and turns out my order is RTS. There notice out for delivery around 7pm 🤔😡What the.... No No to this GO GO courier.

Very dissapointed. Txted me that the parcel is out for delivery with the contact details of the rider. Txted the driver immediatley to ask what possible time can he deliver. No response. Waited the whole day for a call or txt. No txt or call received. Checked shopee app only to discover he returned it to the seller saying i was unreachable. My experience is ugly. The rider lied so much that my parcel was not delivered for a few days, even though the parcel was out for delivery, a few days later, he said I was always unreachable, even if I was just at home, my shopee would be blocked just because of this, the rider said he texted me. na parcel is out for delivery to inform mo na bukas daw ededeliver ang parcel ko does not make sense yung mga reason ng rider, tingnan nalang comment section ng page sa gogo puro reklamo .. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 ⁇
