Conducted my transaction here in 5minutes at my latest visit. Other times, service was fast and efficient too. LBC inside SM is probably one of the best things to happen for remittance and courier services in Gensan.

I intend to send parcel that needs to be put in a box which I actually received from manila with the same packaging used. They refused to accept it ang requires me to put it in a styro box. Would that mean every LBC branch has its own policy? I don't get it. The staff is rude and not approachable. He is somewhat erritated when being asked ang answers the inquiry in a sarcastic manner.
