Very accommodating staff. I arrived here at 5:05 PM to pick-up my parcel from China and I was the last client. Unfortunately, they don't have enough motorcycle drivers to deliver the packages and there was also a delay because of the holidays. I would've given them 5 stars if I didn't come here to pick-up. Great staff though. Update Dec 2022: I'm here again for the same reason. My parcel was sent from my bank and it had been here for a week and the rider put UNDELIVERED because of UNKNOWN CONSIGNEE even though I was home all week. They said something happened to the rider but they shouldn't have put UNDELIVERED if the rider never attempted to deliver it according sa ilang staff. It may be true na naay nahitabo sa rider but if that's the case, it means they only have one rider. I had to get their number too from the Gaisano 2GO branch. Very hassle. 1 star nalang.
