They will text you in the morning but you will give them in the evening. Not just 8 to 9 in the morning ha! You can text around 6am or 5:45 am! That's why I expect them in the mornings or lunch or even 2 pm In the afternoon the items are already there but they do it at night as well. Just be professional jud when you contact their costumer be prepared then ask if it's ok to be late or you said ma'am maybe at night I can deliver the items okay? You say jud the costumer what they want is back .... Do not ask but once after turning down the phone do not listen e not rude!

The office in this branch is kinda small and cramped, but the personnel are very helpful and accommodating. I had to send a box of bottled sardines and they helped wrapping all 24 bottles in bubble wraps. It only cost me half the price compared to the LBC nearby. Their service is commendable! Thanks J&T.

I admit I had some issues with their service when it comes to delivering my orders from shopee... but somehow, they manage to deliver it (I only have to call the rider once— understandable since they also deliver a lot) One paeticular rider is very professional at work... (he's consistent in delivering my orders unlike some riders from other couriers who after a few times of delivering my items, just stopped trying / coming into my place) Anyway, sometimes they take a long time and it's tiring to wait, but I understand... Being a rider is not an easy job tho :)
