My fiancΓ© went here in need of a postal id in order to apply for a passport and they told her it will take 3 months. What a joke!! They should just close this place permanently. Complete waste of time.

I applied for a postal ID they said it will be released after 15 days and yes, I went back after 15 days but it wasn't ready yet so I went back after a week and still not ready, they said they will just call or text me so I left my number and guess what? No one called nor text me so I went back again to their office and still told me that they will just give me a call but I've been going back and forth to their office like 4 times already and no one gave me my ID yet.

Package didn't arrive still after months of waiting. They have to know where the package or item is from because for every thing is different. They have to check the names manually in sheets of paper starting with the first name, and not in alphabetical order.
