My parcel estimated delivery is 5Sept at the time they replied to the mail. based on the tracking number estimated delivery date is 10Sept. 15/Sept sent a notification that it has been delivered. in reality I don't have a prescription. The contact numbers are useless. there is a number out of service or an invalid number. I always have your number but you don't answer. Can't recommend -5 stars.

Horrible service. I understand delays but this is just too much. The package was already with them August 25 (Delivery date should've been Aug 24). After 10 days, still no movement and update from 2GO Express (I suggest removing express coz it isn't express at all LOL). I called only to be told the same thing on the tracking update. Shopee should reconsider having 2GO as their local logistics partner, it's not good for business.

Poor services, as I never usually post reviews like this. I have a parcel overseas, and it got stuck in davao. While it was stayed in davao I order a new parcel in manila. My new order arrive via jnt 7 days later but my parcel from 2go hasn't move anyplace at all.! I'm one city away from Davao but their services is not recommendable. Usually the other courier will delivered the item the day after it arrives in davao at my location point. 2go Please increase your service quality as you serve people whos dealing everyday battle to survive for our small business!

I don't usually post reviews but the experience I had with this courier is by far the worst!! I totally agree with all the negative comments posted here. Delivery took so looong like a week kahit nasa Davao na xa. They don't even respond timely and clearly via email kung ano status ng package. Its also hard to contact them via phone, siguro dahil dami ding tumatawag at nag cocomplaint.
