My parcel was returned to the seller even though I already paid it through shopeepay. I received their no-reply message saying it would be delivered so I waited but there was no call or text from the courier and it continued for the next two days. Upon checking their tracking website my parcel was already sent back to the seller/sender and their reason was “max failed delivery attempt” they didn’t even send me a message nor attempt to call me. Too bad cause I badly needed the item that’s why I already paid it and waited almost 2 weeks just to be canceled. Huge disappointment for the Ninja van company here Cotabato city. There’s something wrong with their couriers. They don’t deserve to be courier if they continue this kind of service! Shame!

This is already the second time that this has happened to me. The update is saying either the location is inaccesible/ restricted or I cancelled my order at the doorstep. I would never cancel that order because I need the item that is in that parcel. I never cancelled my order they are just putting it in the update. But the reality is that no one came to deliver my order at my doorstep. The rider didn't even texted that my parcel is being delivered. What a waste of time trying to contact the courier. If I would have cancelled my order personally face to face with the rider I would never have written an complaint and I would never have written this review here. I have read other reviews here and they are saying the same thing and that there orders where being returned without them knowing that there order is being returned because the rider NEVER contacted them.

Can you just close your company? Very unreliable, your service are the worst! You even dare to say that i am unavailble? I have given an accessible address, complete details, how can u not be able to deliver??? I didn't even get any calls from you. I never return items or cancel them. I am annoyed!!!😡😡😡

Parcel failed to be delivered due to (their) technical problems (daw). Worst is, parcel will no longer be delivered. Only choice is to have a refund. Parcel ko kailangan ko. Please lang.
