These couriers are quite good and reliable. All couriers seem to be hot and cold but one frustrating issue with the Ninjas is that they like to work in the dark. So receiving a delivery update or tracking a parcel states reveals only the bare bones of their attack. "parcel collected from Ninja Van depot. Parcel collected and in progress." This reveals nothing about the actual location. Could be China. Could be Manila. Could be anywhere. Then just out of the blue they say 'where are you. WE are delivering now." Communicating the actual location of the parcel would be helpful in preparing for the delevery. Ensuring that somebody is at the address to sign or collect.
