No receipts on transactions. Last year(2020), I asked my mother to "pay" for my SSS contribution. She went to the branch in Uptown mall and was directed to go to this branch, instead. She paid for my Jan-Sept contribution amounting to Php11,000(or more). A few days ago, I learnt that my SSS contribution for 3 quarters for year 2020 was blank. My mother then told me she wasn't given a receipt for the transaction which she paid. Por que, lagas na an ngan wara aram an tawo iyo la niloko by NOT GIVING a RECEIPT of the transaction! I am enraged...diri pinupurot it kwarta nga ginhulog! You guys in LBC are fraudsters!
