worst courier i have encountered. i have a parcel arriving from china, and it took too long to arrive in manila which is understandable. i was expecting it since it has been weeks since i ordered, 2Go messaged me to anticipate my order as it is arriving to my address within the day. but guess what? NO NOTICE, TEXT OR CALL FROM THE DELIVERY RIDER. the first attempt was unsuccessful. how would i know if my parcel is at my place already if the delivery rider is not informing me? the second day, 2Go messaged me to anticipate again, but since it's the second unsuccessful attempt (same reason), my parcel will now be sent back to the seller. I WAITED SO LONG for my parcel to arrive, the sender shipped it fast only to find out that this courier is messed up. DISAPPOINTED.
