My first delivery experience at LBC last week of november was sent on january 8 and it was received, my second parcel is now january 8 with the delivery team of cotabato branch I always track my parcel 9,10,11,12 just hanging around in cotabato branch when Will you forward it to the Maguindanao branch?, there is a super delay when the order backs up and I will pick it up.

My box hasn't been deliver to me yet, It is now more that 55 Days, and its reached cotabato since Friday and still laying there, I been there for 3 days and been checking with them, today I came visit again and they said one of their Driver is Absent, it is not my problem when you cant make action for your employee, LBC mentioned on my receipt to be deliver on May 21, 2016, this is not professional, and dont deliver on right time
