I requested my parcel to be rescheduled since I passed the test, I told the rider that it was rescheduled. And I will call them if I have the result since it is not allowed to work while waiting for the result. And take note everyday I gainform since different riders will grab your parcel everyday. I want that parcel, I didn't cancel it, but it's too late for the rider to return it to the seller because of 3 attempts.. as far as I know, 3 attempts can be considered if you went to the house and no one was there. I didn't even communicate and I didn't like that Bacolod was still on lockdown and they still picked it up at their warehouse. Ai nanuh ni jnt man? What are your rules when it comes to this? There are only two riders who can cancel or return the product to the seller, but I didn't even cancel the product, it was made to order. Address this pls.

The person who delivered the wrong address is a liar, but one day he just delivered to the house. Not recommended indeed. Oag dedeliver can't be trusted with their delivery man. That's why my review is only 1 star because based on my experience, it's just really sloppy, you won't get your package, they take a long time to deliver and then they're lazy. Bad for business.... Like others here, I gave 1 star because of your sloppy service. The ninja van is even better because when it is delivered, they send an email to rate their employees, that's why they deliver sensibly, but I fire you who are worthless and lazy who are still liars. They say they have a wrong address haha, their face is wrong. Didn't deliver just lazy

If I could rate them lesser than one, I would! Are they hoarding the parcels?! I mean, I was informed that my parcel is ready for delivery Tuesday morning. I called the courier, no one is answering. They told me that they will deliver it the next day. And for goodness' sake, it is already Saturday as of my writing!! And what's worse is my order is not for COD, it's already paid! How could I possibly get my money back since I need to have the package return first for me to get a refund. Worst courier!!

Of the tens of thousands of packages we have sent, we have just delayed this. This is the worst courier I've ever encountered - the worst company and worst branch! Excessive palpak. 9 days delayed (instead of 4 became 13) after you told them to deliver the same saying, "if you have demand! Give us manpower!" You mean the Shopee 11.11 e 17 DAYS ago! Extremely unprofessional. It is not wise to make sacrifices for the sake of the customer. If your packages are piled up, shouldn't you do the work yourself? It is your system's fault, you lower your fee then you won't be able to exaggerate too much? You can't afford to lose first for the customer. Not to mention, the package is not available right away.

He didn't even contact me! I even tried to call the cellphone number from the tracking information but it's useless! Your rider Wilbur Mijares is so unprofessional! My delivery address is at the 2nd floor of our office and he is not willing to go up! I was still at home so we even asked our security guard to meet him at the ground floor but he was waiting at the wrong place. He even told me he will just leave my package at the canteen or on the floor of the elevator, not even thinking about the security of my item! So rude and lazy! Please manage him!
