I agree with maam jocelyn's comment, please fix your system, I requested for pick up and then you said yes, when I went to pick up my parcel I waited for almost an hour until I couldn't find it, how come there is only one person looking for it , the other cecellphone crew. Then he said that it will only be delivered when it is found. The parcel arrived at their warehouse on October 31st, I went to pick it up on November 2nd but I didn't get it because I couldn't find it. Managers or supervisors, arrange your work.

Very discourteous and rude delivery guy named c. morgado(acquired fr the text received). As I am using a more accessible route for deliveries since our streets are underdeveloped this guy literally commanded that I change my address the first time he made delivery last march 5. I just said 'i will not order again if I have to deal with someone rude like you again' but as i have another pending order it was unfortunate that i had to meet him again today to receive said delivery but during the phone call when I asked him where he is it was really baffling to hear a delivery guy "ordering" (as in utos without any pretense of respect to clients)me to just come out so he can see me.

Very poor service! How many times have you returned my parcel without contacting me. I sent a message and there was no reply, then when I called, I was so disappointed that I talked to a rude male person who didn't even know customer service. Get angry right away, if you're stressed brother, you'll get angry. You will return the parcel without contacting the person and you will put the person to be delivered as unavailable. How?? You didn't even call me, how come I'm unavailable??? It's just annoying because you waited so long for the parcel overseas that they just returned it.

Hindi idinedeliver ng J &T Tuguegarao City ang ibang parcel. Kapag medyo malaki, di na nil idinedeliver. When i tracked those parcels, they are on delivery but after 1 or 2 days, they just mark them RTS without actually trying to deliver the parcels.
