Don't be deceived with its name. The delivery is not fast and swift as a ninja. Average delivery nila is 10 days from the time it was shipped from the sortation hub. No updates pa kung nasaan na yung parcel. I hope they read feedbacks and improve. If ninja van ang courier ni seller, expect na matagal ito madedeliver.

You delivered my parcel to a wrong person. You messaged me that my parcel will be delivered on december 23, its already december 30 and i still hasn't received my package, i tracked from your website and it says that it has been delivered with a signature from the receipient?! Who on earth received my package?! Also the courier doesnt inform me before trying to deliver, which you should've done. We have work and its not our fault that we are not in our own house when you deliver because we are at our workplace, the least you could do is to at least inform us before going to the address to check if there's someone to receive the parcel

Worst delivery agents..doesn't informing the client if the package is on the way to deliver..by declaring the delivery agent that the client wasn't around and sendback the package to the sender asap..what kind of policy you have..
