Probably one of the worst carrier in Bohol, no management, not serious, but Manila office is the same, that why.... Always buy COD, like this if you don't get your parcel no issues.

This delivery service only delivers about 50% of the time, most of the time the drivers are at the wrong address, and this wouldn't be a problem if they had not delivered multiple times before. Most of the products not delivered are sent back, they do not attempt to deliver or even coordinate a delivery. They are notorious for placing in their tracking system that no one was home, or no one would pay for the delivery, even when you sign for deliveries the very same day. Online vendors like Lazada would be smart to avoid using Ninja Van and I would personally never use them by choice being so many other options are available for reliable shippers in Bohol.

the drivers are lazy, updating the tracking history to "customer requested for a change in date/time of delivery" whereas I didn't even received a call or a text from them. Been waiting for item since May 15, today, May 21, when I check the tracker history, i was really excited because it's already out for delivery. Been waiting for it the whole day and I did not receive the item, nor text or call, then the status was change that I requested for another date and time? shape up ninjavan

My order from shopee has been stucked up on their warehouse for a month now and still no update hangtud karun. Never gonna use NinjaVan again. J&T is much more better if you'd consider ordering online tas naa kas Bohol. Bisag sudlunon amoa, ideliver gihapon nila.

Poor. They did not communicate to customers well. Every parcel most of them delay. Either the some of riders returning back the parcel to sender without customer concern. Because many if riders when didn't know the address they are not trying or making a way to reach tge customer. Sila pa galit.
