Please fix this been waiting for this parcel for ages since ive ordered the item overseas via shopee without any notice reflected twice that "delivery failed due to customer rescheduled the delivery" when in fact no one contacted me.. But now I checked Why did the delivery take so long to return it to the seller? . Maybe you can work out a way since whoever you delivered to didn't really communicate even if they called or texted me.. It's just frustrating and the long wait and then this happens.. I hope you could address this issue soon..
