BULOK branch 2weeks no progress in our concern. This LBC Branch is super annoying .. we requested an LBC transfer to our nearest branch from SM Cauayan to SM Bacolod nothing happened. We also emailed and chatted a few times with LBC support just for follow-up, willing akming to pay the fee just to get to the customer but useless.
