I just wanna share my experience just today we had a delivery two days ago my brother ross tavas did the delivery ..then today at 4pm onwards we had a delivery again which we didn't notice which is the rider called twice which we didn't notice because we were doing something a while ago.. (No text) I'm used to j&t through shopee orders, they are always my courier, but there is a rider who is a bit rude, brother mark Joseph labsan, as I said, I didn't expect my order to arrive, I waited less than 10 minutes He complained and said to my friend who received the parcel, bro, next time don't wait because we have a lot to do, then he said, look, I went through it downstairs (which is at our house because our house is downstairs) which is annoying. that attitude, I don't know if he is a new courier for j&t LA union.. Last time he delivered, he gave it to someone else, I don't mind the parcel he gave me that was opened, I wasn't angry even though my parcel was opened.. But y he waited for less than 10 minutes and he was already complaining.. The other courier didn't complain after he talked like that why is he the one I went to?
