Definitely the worst shipping company ever! It’s literally been almost 2 weeks since my item arrived in the Pampanga hub but until now I still don’t receive any updates. I contact the CS everyday and what they always tell me is that they’d be filing an escalation and the parcel will be delivered the next day. Guess what? Nothings arrives!!!
