This Branch is the worst i ever experience small things they will make bigger issue even you are regularly visited there to drop item purchase on Shopee Now they lost me as a customer because of rude employee now i remove j&t on my Shopee app as my logistic currier not removing cap for less than a minute is such a big deal without any signage visible on customer for nonsense policy

J&t is the worst shopee courier! They lost around 10 consecutive parcels that i already paid for and because of them my COD option got cancelled because of “failed delivery attempts”. My God! How do you lose 10 parcels?! Is your staff comprised of thieves or are they just all retarded scatterbrains?!? Worst part is Shopee blamed their poor service on the buyer!! 0 stars to j&t i would never recommend them to anyone (except to the people I don’t like!). 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This branch has worst customer service. My parcel had been in their branch for 3 days and yet my parcel has yet to be delivered! When you contact them, they will just tell you that they will find your parcel and deliver it right away which mostly never happens. I have to literally go to their branch and pick my item up. What is the use of giving my address it they can’t deliver it here!
