Lee Plaza's LBC is terrible.. they don't answer their phone. They shouldn't be too busy. there are only 20 dials you can accidentally match with one

A particular staff is not friendly at all. In my opinion, he is lazy (in looking for my delivery packages, but I decided to pick it up), And definitely not COURTEOUS. Instead he said I'm not allowed to pick up my packages since its for delivery... so??? I'm a customer, don't I have the right to pick up my packages instead if it's more convenient for me. LBC should train their employees to be courteous AT ALL TIMES. And oh, they don't pick up the phone. I tried calling also.
