This delivery service doesn't even show up for deliveries and yet they recorded my house underconstruction, consignee not around and that the package was returned to sender already! I'm a stay at home mom, and it's impossible not to hear the delivery guy fron where I stay at the house. I had to search hard for their contact numbers and the one who answered the call told me exactly what I was seeing on my screen. Useless information, so I was forced to raise my voice a bit, repeating that it's impossible for me to miss the delivery guy etc. I was forwarded to another person, who then assured me the package will be delivered on Monday since they have to retrieve it at their Manila branch. It was delivered the following day, Saturday. It was that fast since probably my item was just at their stockroom. Either this branch has incompetent and lazy workers who pretend to deliver items or they are lazy and incompetent workers who pretend to deliver items.

i really hate you being the courier of shoppe. in the details.. it says out for delivery. ive waited all day but no one comes to deliver it.. you dont even have proper communication with your costumers. after a whole day of waiting.. im disappointed.. i checked the details says refused.. but no ones ever contacted me that they are going to deliver the package

No good delivery. I hv lived for 10 years on my present address and hv received all my mails here. BDO used this branch to deliver my cc and delivery didn't find my street address. I waited for 4 days and then decided to pick it up instead as this is a sensitive parcel. Pls do not use this 2go branch. I hv yet to report this to BDO and show the notes by their delivery ppol.

If you're in rush for a visa application, You might as well pick it up from the application center after processing. It takes them 4-5 days to deliver a package for a 45-min drive. Costumer service doesn't help either. It isn't worth your time and money.
