2go called me and asked me to pay his gas so he can deliver my package tomorrow bec he said tomorrow is holiday so i need to pay his gas. Unethical. In 2go text notification, it clearly states that NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE should be demanded. Dapat daw ireport. Wala naman akong pwedeng mapagreportan. Very poor service

Service reflects on all the reviews. Same happened to Young Living delivery by 2Go Dagupan. They said they called, but they didn't and texted is ready for pick up. Disappointed because we paid for delivery service but then it was not delivered in our house. I will definitely report this to 2Go main branch manager.

I was so disappointed recently. I was waiting with my parcel which I have ordered from Shoppee. Status was unknown consignee, 2Go express already delivered a few times in our address but why is it until now wala pa yung order ko. Hanggang sa return to sender na siya. Nakakainis talaga.

My name is Michael Red. I recently ordered documents from Manilla. I had it delivered to an address in Pangasinan where my father in-law is visiting, so that these documents can be brought back to Omaha, NE with him. Unfortunately they will not release the documents to my family, even after giving them the proper U.S. identification (Drivers License) - American Citizen. They are requesting a passport. The reason I am ordering this document from PSA is to obtain my passport. So I obviously do not have a passport. Now I have to reorder this document which will take longer to arrive and now it has to be sent directly to me in the United States. What a headache. Whoever is in charge of this location for 2Go express is dumb! You need to quit making others peoples lives harder because you have nothing better to do. Thank you for wasting my time and money. I would never suggest your shipping company when I need something important sent to my family. I cannot express how irate I am about this situation. This was a simple request, made difficult for no apparent reason.
