The lady cashier at the PhilPost is the worst. It wasn't even 5pm yet on a workday and she didn't want to accept my customs payment anymore. She said she already wrapped the cash with newspaper and she has no change. 👎👎👎 She closed the window before 5pm to block other customers from paying. Such a waste of taxpayers money. They also didn't communicate in any form that pickup cut off time is 3pm. Very bad service.

Hard to locate, many a foreigners don't know where the post office is actually located, everyone blindly trusts Google maps. When I search for the post office in Google, it shows a different location near Pasay city hall. Despite that the post office isn't crowded. In the South of Luzon they send text to the mentioned phone number, but here they don't.

This is PhilPost Pasay City office. When you search PhilPost in Google Maps, it will show you a different location. The good thing is, it is just in front of that tagged location.

This place leaves a LOT to be desired. Had to wait 45 minutes for my package because the only woman who could find it was "eating" - even those there is a huge sign on the wall saying there is no nook break and that there should be enough staff to cover services during lunch. Also, the delivery cards contain ZERO information of where to go to collect your parcel - which means you have to google the information from a third party and pray that it's correct! Whole system needs work!

Everytime i visit they say your consignment is not yet delivered even if i show them online. Always have to go to CMEC Central manila exchange centre on domestic road to get a recept that has bill number delivery date etc. and still have to wait for 2 hours. Service is not good at all.
