I will be fair to the delivery personnel in Legazpi City. They usually deliver the parcels within the stated period, & I have had no bad experiences with rude or unruly delivery personnel. I have had maybe 2 bad experiences when the parcel was delayed by 1 week, & another where the delivery man made 2 trips to our house on the same day instead of 1 to deliver 2 parcels for me coz he said the other parcel was UNDERNEATH ALL THE STUFF HE WAS GOING TO DELIVER.😒😞😵 I'm currently waiting for a parcel from Lazada that is delayed. The item I ordered 2 days after this was already delivered within 4 days. The one I ordered first isn't in Legazpi yet. And that item isn't even from overseas! 😖😖😖 So yeah, kinda good on most days, but nothing to write home about. ⭐⭐⭐ is good enough.

It's annoying that my order took so long before it arrived, then it's nov. 21 txt c ninja van that is out for delivery that I waited all day I missed my walk. No one came then Nov. 22 I left after lunch because I expected them to deliver. Then I said maybe I can wait around 3 or 4pm for the meetup. The courier said early that it was finished the next day. November 23 I waited. Un pla return to sender na . So stressful. There is no time in the end either.
