Worst courier service ever. They processed my order 10 days ago and until now i still have not received it. It took days to stay in one local hub before it completely bypassed my address and took it to an even farther local hub. Absolute worst. Would recommend J&T or Flash Express more, much more reliable and fast.

The driver literally told me to pick it up in another address because he wasn't passing by neighborhood. He even sent me updates of where he was so I could go there myself.

Delivery unsuccessful but no one contacted me except your system generated message. I asked my office mates and they told me there was no courier/rider that knocks our office door. My parcel is already paid and waited for a Month for that. You should close your business. This happened to me 3 times already.

Great service, friendly staff. Down side, only have motorcycle so heavy or large items are a problem for local delivery. I picked up heavy batteries from their Danao depot. No problem 👍
