Please be informed that i did not received the item i ordered per order id 220612m3yvoxx4 until today. Upon my follow up with the courier 2go i found out that the delivery personnel mr. Benjie Lapidez failed to deliver the said item to me and did not exerted due effort to find ways to successfully deliver the items such as calling or texting me thru my cphone number provided. Instead he returned it to sender the said item which damaged my reputation. In this regard, please consider this letter as my complaint letter and may I request your officer to take appropriate administrative sanction be imposed on Mr. BENJIE LAPIDEZ. THANK YOU.
