The service they provide in Shoppe as an express is so poor, items always received late. Such a poor service, I think lacks of personnel such as riders, bodega man, etc.

Very bad customer service!!!!!!!! My order arrived here in Iloilo last june 14, 2022 and the status of order last june 21 was out for delivery but until now, June 25, 2022 I still haven’t received my order. I called their office but nobody is answering. I’m not gonna recommend this to anyone
