I use GoGo Xpress on Shopee. They pick up on the day scheduled, some riders though pick up items in the evening. they also deliver fast. If within metro manila, parcel can be delivered the day after pick up. Great service! Didn’t have any problems with them. my top choice when it comes to courier service 👍

there is a certain delivery driver there who is rude,, if it is possible to know his full name,, thank goodness he was not beaten here in our area... if he does not like his job, just fire him....

I will give 1 star.. I am a seller for 7yrs.. I am with other courier before but when Gogo appear I change. At first the service was OK. But days past the service is embarrassing.. Always failed pick up. It took days before they can assign a rider in our area. My buyer is complaining.. Please make your service more reliable and trusted.

I sell online and have been using their shipping service recently. They don’t show up when orders are supposed to be picked up. When you call or text them, for some reason they’re always “unavailable”. To top it off, they add “Seller is not on location.” in tracking updates even if that’s not the case, leading to cancelled orders. We’re losing customers because of them. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times, but not one agent responds. As an owner who has tried many courier delivery services over the years, I can say that they’re the worst I’ve encountered.

If I could give a 0 or even a negative score, I would. The perishable items that I ordered have been with them for the past 2 weeks and no movement at all. I reached out to their customer service and all I got was "we'll have this expedited". Well, that was a week ago. Definitely wasn't expedited like they said. Such a lousy service. Besides the fact that the parcel is 2 weeks delayed, the goods ordered are for sure rotting along with them. LOUSY SERVICE.
