I double checked the item in my order on the phone to see if what I paid for was correct because there was no notification or message like Ninja Van. He told me at the same time if you are disappointed, just cancel. Is that right? It's so rude, isn't it? That's how you destroy the name of the company because of the attitude of people like Lester Soriano.

Hi just to report all your riders delivering to Sea of Clouds Binuangan, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya.. They are always asking for more additional payment for the delivery fee before they are going to deliver the parcel why is that?? When we refuse to pay additional fee they are don’t deliver the parcel to us. Other courier is not asking anything when they deliver in our place.. This courier doesn't have customer quality service and customer satisfaction. Management is one sided. I have encountered an issue with regard to a return item to the seller. Due to typo error on the phone number of the seller and the mail man was not able to contact the seller, they immediately return the item to the point of origin.( shipment to a week and return took only a day back to the point of origin). On the package, both seller and buyer phone numbers are reflected. If only the mail man called me, then the item was effectively delivered but it was in vain. After that long discussion with j and t customer service, they are charging me again for the shipment fee. I disagreed because they are also at fault for not verifying the phone number of the seller.So,They want me to pay again to ship the item. What a poor and unfair decision. I paid them for the services and now they are asking for another pay. This courier is selfish they don't care about their customers, their focus is income generation not customer service. To the management, you can still improve on this issue!

Disappointed. But not on the company, its the person who supposed to deliver my parcel. I received a notice that I will be expecting the parcel on 06/07, no one came. When I called the delivery boy he said I was not answering his call. I already told him to just drop it off at the security guard on duty to where I'm working and he said yes. Then the next day evening I found out that "I" received the parcel through the app which I haven't. It say's that i received my parcel at 3:48pm w/c is i dont received the parcel. .What I don't like is I believe the delivery boy has 3 attempts to deliver it but what he did is he Received it instead. (maybe he was willing to pay it since he cannot deliver? to make his job easier?) which is poor customer service. We won't order stuff in Shoppee if we don't need it. We won't wait for how many days to be treated this way. The Delivey Boy needs to be trained properly!

I'm a very patient person, i never rate coz i know it affects someones bussiness but unfortunately you guys have the worst package delivery i've ever experienced, your customer service is very limited update often spiel. Second is item, always late. Yes, often all my packages here are always late than the expected delivery. Imagine I ordered from another country and it arrived earlier than what I just ordered in the Philippines.!
