very slow service! I went in first to claim a COP pro, I was the last to get it, yesterday, your website stated that you are open until 9pm but of course i will not believe that coz it's GCQ, so i went to the branch around 1pm and you posted CLOSED, one lady was standing as well outside like me but then, since the staff knows her, the staff processed her parcel, not at all embarrassed that there were so many of us waiting, i asked what time do they close the branch and the staff said 3pm, helllooooo it was only 1:30 pro closed you guys!
