Sharing my bad experience about NinjaVan.. It seems not only me experience hassle of this courier company. I don't really mind if you send out my parcel on the next day. BUT when a client asked you when possibly their parcel will arrived. I don't need to read/hear from you the word ( rest assured ) because it didn't happen anyways. You said "rest assured" it will delivered yesterday. But suddenly while talking to a customer service. they mentioned that NO ONE TO RECEIVE. Just to say that no one is around to meet the rider to pick-up the parcel. and another lame excuse.. Residential location. Well if you are a courier service and this technology these days. Seems someone is lying about "NO ONE TO RECEIVE" GPS service is way better now than before. Good thing the parcel is not paid yet. This is the horror that i don't want to encounter by ordering online.. Especially if its already paid. Star: 1
