Sharing my bad experience about NinjaVan.. It seems not only me experience hassle of this courier company. I don't really mind if you send out my parcel on the next day. BUT when a client asked you when possibly their parcel will arrived. I don't need to read/hear from you the word ( rest assured ) because it didn't happen anyways. You said "rest assured" it will delivered yesterday. But suddenly while talking to a customer service. they mentioned that NO ONE TO RECEIVE. Just to say that no one is around to meet the rider to pick-up the parcel. and another lame excuse.. Residential location. Well if you are a courier service and this technology these days. Seems someone is lying about "NO ONE TO RECEIVE" GPS service is way better now than before. Good thing the parcel is not paid yet. This is the horror that i don't want to encounter by ordering online.. Especially if its already paid. Star: 1

If you are looking for a prompt courier service, avoid them. My parcel is scheduled to be delivered on December 7. Parcel is on their premise (hub ready for shipping) on December 5. Parcel delivery was moved on December 13. Client will be leaving on 9th. There was no advance notification or whatever attempt from this company to expedite. They dont value commitment and has no respect to agree upon time. Beware of false advertisement

Sellers, why do you choose to use this courier? I would never order from a seller if I knew you would use this company. They are totally useless. We, the customers, doesn´t receive our orders in time. So be a smart seller and get more customers, use a courier that is trust worthy instead.....

Bad service! Your QC hub marked our parcel out for delivery. Then when I asked your live agent to track my parcel.he said that it was returned to the hub because the hub gave it to a rider with different route. So why did you mark it as out for delivery and give it to a rider who has different route if you know that it would just be returned to the hub?! And the most frustating part is, according to the agent. We wouldn't be informed because it was returned to the hub. So meaning if I didn't ask for it. I wouldn't find out that our parcel wouldn't be delivered today just because your QC Hub gave it to the rider with a different route. It would be better if you didn't marked it as out for delivery and mark it as "recieved in the Hub" in that way we wouldn't waste our time and day just waiting for our "out for delivery" parcel.and it would be better if your Hub informs us recievers of what is happening with our packages. Take note: not all of their riders are sending sms messages about to be delivered parcels.

Exceeds estimate time of delivery, they are a day behind before my parcel to arrive in my doorstep even though my home is only in Metro Manila. Not recommended for quick delivery.
