I have been ordering online for a long time, this time I choose J & T for the first time to order on the online shoppping app. so I trinacked the parcel and it arrived and on delivery by certain rider in cdo5 branch but no txt or call received. tomorrow still no txt or call soni decided to pick.up the item, it's just piled up. It's good that I went to see if those who don't track the item don't return to sender, let them know rts. I have tested all the couriers upon receiving the parcel at their branch, they inform me immediately and deliver on that day, just text or call.
